Mr. Alba is a seasoned executive that has over 15 years experience in the management of accounting and finance organizations, including SEC reporting, asset valuation, liquidity and balance sheet management, risk management and compliance, corporate credit risk, and asset management.

He spent the last 5 years with Integrated Ag, a private equity fund focused on land development. During his time with the firm, Dominic led the finance, accounting, and investment efforts.

He spent nearly 10 years as an assistant treasurer at UNS Energy Corporation (NYSE: FTS). During his time with UNS Energy, he successfully led efforts to acquire approximately $1B of infrastructure and renewable assets. He was also responsible for raising approximately $2B of debt from public and private capital markets.

Mr. Brenner spent more than two decades dealing with State and Federal Government Agencies for various companies and is in direct communication with dozens of government officials

He was the Senior Vice President of Communications and Government Relations at Apollo Education Group

He served as the President of College Loan Corporation, running all external affairs and capital market activity raising more than $15B in asset backed securities

He served as General Counsel to Education Finance Counsel based in Washington DC.

He worked on Capitol Hill for both the Senate Banking Committee as Assistant Special Counsel and the House Education and the Workforce Committee in a senior oversight and policy role.
