Crimson Canyon (“Crimson”) invests and develops private real estate assets across the Southwest. Crimson offers investors access to commercial real estate development, real estate-related equity investments and other real estate-related assets, each of which Crimson believes are compelling from a risk-return perspective. We are currently focused on Industrial, Self-Storage, Data Centers, Residential Communities, and Land. We have been investing in Arizona real estate in previous ventures for more than a decade. Our geographic focus targets submarkets including Casa Grande, Scottsdale, Queen Creek, and Buckeye. Our highly-seasoned leadership team has decades of shared investing experience, offering us advantages in sourcing, structuring and executing across a broad range of real estate focused investments. Our in house acquisitions team carefully vets market opportunities, targeting value add real estate for our Fund. Crimson manages the entire lifecycle of the investment, from land acquisition, entitlement, construction, leasing, hands on management and disposition.
